消防器材钢瓶需要检漏原因:

消防器材钢瓶又称灭火器瓶属于特殊器材, 在发生火灾的情况下使用, 平时不用时都会闲置, 但是钢瓶瓶里有 2.5 MPa 压力, 如果钢瓶本身有漏的话 ( 常见焊缝, 阀门等处), 尤其是小漏时, 就会导致在需要使用时钢瓶已经失效, 造成重大安全隐患, 所以消防器材钢瓶在出厂前, 生产商要做严格的检漏工序, 用以避免在运输或存放时的泄露隐患.
